The 2024 edition of the World Class Manager Award, held on November 8, was marked by grand celebrations and recognitions of professionals and students who excelled in education and international business.
The event, organized by IBS Americas, honored leaders and executives who contribute to the advancement of global education and the development of future talents.
Among the honorees, Monalisa Gomes Mühlböck, Regional Director for the Americas and Southern Europe at Schauer Agrotronic GmbH, received the award in the Executive Category for her inspiring leadership in the company's global expansion.
In the Academic Category, Prof. Dr. Kai Enno Lehmann from USP was recognized for his work in international politics, which directly impacts the training of future global leaders.
In addition to recognizing professionals, the event presented the Academic Award to the top students of 2024, highlighting young talents from Brazil, Morocco, Mexico, South Africa, and Norway.
