Workload:

Full day classes and activities for 3 weeks - 75h in classroom and 5 hours of extra activities

Additional Activity:

Business English module included in the program with 27 hours of classes

Content

Week 1: Innovation and Culture

The Design Thinking stages as used by designers; the role of “crit” in Design Thinking; innovation/disruption; corporate cultures that promote divergent/creative thinking; understanding the creative process as it applies to products, services, and marketing.

Week 2: Optimizing Existing Assets: Innovative Thinking and Inspired Action

Discovering your hidden assets; optimizing innovative thinking: the needs and values, communication styles, and personal motivation for individuals working together in groups; Design Thinking and problem solving; effective decision making; the importance of risk and failure in Design Thinking.

Week 3: Persuasive Communication in Technology and Innovation

The Elevator Pitch and applying the Design Thinking process to the development of your pitch; communicating an experience, product or service in the fields of technology and innovation; telling your story; connecting with the target audience; value propositions.
